APPLE HAZELNUT MUESLI

Ingredients:
  • 180 gr rolled oats
  • 375 ml apple juice
  • 1 green apple
  • 180 gr yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 75 gr roasted hazelnuts
  • 40 gr roasted pistachios
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 gr honey
Instructions:

1.Combine the oats with the apple juice in a bowl.Cover with a foil and leave it in the fridge overnight.2.Peel and cut the apple.Add the apple,yogurt and vanilla extract to the bowl with oats.Mix well.3.In other bowl,combine the chopped hazelnuts,pistachios,sesame seeds and cinnamon.4.Divide the oat mixture into portions.Pour some honey and sprinkle with some of the nut mixture on the top.Serve.You can also top with some berries if you want.
