AVOCADO HUMMUS

Yummy and healthy recipe!

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
2 avocados
2tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 tbsp tahini(sesame butter paste)
juice from one lemon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
pinch of parsley
cumin to taste
red pepper or chili powder for sprinkle



Cooking:
Drain the canned chickpeas.
Place everything in a food processor or blender and blend until it become thick and creamy.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and red pepper flakes.
Enjoy!
