This meal is family friendly.Or friend friendly.You can make it in bigger amount and serve many people.Today I will show you the recipe for these amazing oven baked pork chops.It has specific taste and flavor.Because I am using some secret ingredients.Beer and honey.These two ingredients make the taste so amazing.Any type of beer works.Dark or light.I think that,if you use natural maple syrup or agave nectar instead of honey it will be also really tasty.I am also using a little bit of grass-fed cow butter for some more taste and flavor.The combination between grass-fed butter and beer is really good.You can use lower fat version of butter.If you want to make it lower in fats.

Ingredients
  1. 500 grams raw pork loin chops (or tenderloin)
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons grass fed unsalted cow butter (you can use lower fat version)
  3. 1/2 cup light beer (or dark)
  4. 1 tablespoon raw honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)
  5. Himalayan,sea or table salt to taste
  6. black pepper powder to taste
Instructions
  1. The first step of making these delicious pork chops is to melt the butter on a stove or in the microwave.For about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. After that,combine the melted butter with the honey in small mixing bowl.
  3. Season the pork chops with some salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush them with the mixture from butter and honey.
  5. Place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the beer in the dish.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200C degrees.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake the chops for 1 hour in the oven.
  9. After 1 hour,remove the aluminium foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes without foil.
  10. And that's it.Serve them on serving plates and enjoy the juicy taste and flavor.
Notes
  1. If you want thinner chops,use a kitchen hammer to thin them before baking.
