  • 400 gr cauliflower
  • 500 gr broccoli
  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 300 gr sour cream
  • 400 gr cow cheese
  • 50 gr cow butter
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.2.Boil the broccoli.3.When they’re done,add the cream cheese,sour cream,salt,pepper and garlic powder.4.Blend with hand blender until it’s combined and creamy.5.Grease a baking dish with the butter.6.Chop the cauliflower into pieces and place them in the dish.7.Sprinkle with the crumbled cow cheese.8.Pour the broccoli sauce over the cauliflower and cheese and bake for 40 min until it’s ready.9.Cut into portions and serve.
