CAULIFLOWER SALAD

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 600 gr cauliflower
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 80 gr bean sprouts
  • 200 gr green peas
  • 40 gr fresh basil
Instructions:

1.Combine the lemon juice and olive oil in a large bowl.Add the diced tomato,onion and cauliflower.Season with salt and pepper.Leave for about and hour to chill.2.Add the peas,sprouts and basil,mix and serve.
