CHEESECAKE WITH IRISH CREAM

Really tasty dessert.

100gr butter
270gr biscuits
450gr fat free or low fat cream cheese
2tbsp Bailey’s
100gr powdered sugar
100gr dark chocolate
300gr whipped cream

Melt the butter in a pan and add the crushed bicuits to it.
Mix well.
Remove from the pan,put in a cheesecake mold,and press down to form the crust for the cheesecake.Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
In the meantime,combine the cream cheese with the bailey’s and powdered sugar and mix.
Add the whipped cream and grated chocolate.It should be smooth and creamy.Pour this cream in the cheesecake mold over the crust.Spread evenly and put it back in the fridge for 2 hours.
After it’s ready,you can sprinkle with some cocoa powder on the top.
Serve and enjoy.
