Ingredients
  1. 1 medium onion head
  2. 2-3 garlic cloves
  3. 2 leek stalks (the white part)
  4. 200 grams corn ( canned and sweet)
  5. 2 chicken drumsticks or breasts (350 grams)
  6. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  7. 2 tablespoons curry powder
  8. salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. The first step is to preheat a medium size pot to a medium heat.
  2. Add the extra virgin olive oil and peeled and diced onion,garlic and leeks.
  3. Cook them for a while and add the curry powder.
  4. Add the chicken drumsticks or breasts to the pot and add water to cover them.
  5. Wait the water to boil and reduce the heat to low.
  6. Simmer like this until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Remove the chicken drumsticks form the pot,remove the skin and shred the meat.
  8. Use a hand blender and blend the vegetables in the pot.To make something like cream.
  9. Add the shredded meat and sweet corn and stir everything well.
  10. Leave the pot on low heat for couple minutes and season with salt and black pepper.You add white pepper also.
  11. Serve and enjoy the Asian taste.
Notes
  1. The recipe is appropriate when you don't have much time to cook and you need something fast and easy and in the same time tasty and delicious.For garnishing,use some chopped parsley and more onion.Enjoy!
