  • 700 gr
    chicken fillets
  • 1
    whole egg
  • 1
  • 3
    garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2
    dill stalks
  • black and red pepper for taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Wash the ingredients.
  2. Place everything in food processor or more powerful blender and blend until everything is well combined.
  3. Leave the mince to chill in the fridge for about an hour.
  4. Preheat a non-stick pan.
  5. Form meatballs from the mince and cook them on the pan on a medium-high heat.
