CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

50gr raw coriander
50gr raw parsley
1/4cup vinegar
4 garlic cloves
1 bell pepper
juice from 1 lemon
juice from 1 lime
juice from 1 orange
1/2tsp red pepper
3tbsp olive oil

Add everything without the olive oil to a blender.Blend.
Gradually,add the olive oil.Lower the speed of the blender.
Put it in a dish,cover with foil and store in the fridge up to 1 week.
