HEALTHY AND SWEET CHOCOLATE MUFFINS


 

These chocolate muffins are amazing and so,so sweet and yummy.This recipe yield about 12 muffins.Each of them is about 80 grams and it’s packed with protein (about 15 grams per muffin).You can make your own millet flour if you have blender.Just add the millet to the blender and blend until you get a flour.In the same way you can make coconut paste.Just add full-fat coconut shreds to the blender and blend until you have something like butter.If don’t have protein powder or just you don’t want to use it,you can add more cocoa powder and 2-3 whole eggs to the batter.This is one of my favorite chocolate muffin recipe.It’s awesome and really tasty.Try it and leave a comment below what you think about it.Also you can share a picture when you make it.Enjoy and Bon appetit!If you love muffins,you should try this recipe: Banana and Peanut Butter Muffins .

RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE MUFFINS


Ingredients:

    • 500 gr
      millet flour
    • 200 gr
      coconut paste
    • 3 scoops
      chocolate protein powder
    • 5 tbsp
      natural cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp
      rum essence
    • liquid stevia to taste
    • 1 tsp
      citric acid
    • 1 tsp
      baking soda
    • 350-400 ml
      water



Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine the flour,protein powder,coconut paste,cocoa powder,rum essence and mix well.
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture until it’s homogenized.
  3. After that,add the liquid stevia.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and citric acid.
  5. Pour the ready muffin batter into muffin tin or pan and bake it for about 45-50 min on 180C degrees.
  6. Check them with a toothpick.
  7. After baking,leave them to cool down and serve.
  8. Enjoy their sweet taste.
