Low calorie,corn bread.
150gr corn flour
150gr plain flour
30gr granulated sugar
1tsp baking powder
30gr cow butter
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix the corn flour with the plain flour,baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
In other bowl,mix the ayran with the egg and stir.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture while stirring.
Add the butter and mix by hand or with hand mixer for 1min.
Bake in a greased bread mold for 15-20min.
Cut into slices and serve.
