Delicious,summer soup with corn.
1tbsp olive oil
30gr fresh celery
1 small onion
1 green pepper
300gr frozen corn
30gr fresh parsley
salt and pepper
2tbsp plain flour
Preheat a medium pot with olive oil.Add the chopped celery,onion and green pepper and steam for 2min.
Add the corn,peeled and chopped potatoes,water,salt,pepper and paprika.Leave it to boil.When it is become to boiling,reduce the heat and simmer for 10min untils potatoes are soft.
In a bowl or jar,combine half of the milk with the flour.Add this mixture to the pot and stir.
Add the other half of the milk.
Cook on a medium heat until the soup is thick.
Serve with chopped parsley on the top.
