Delicious small cups with ham and eggs.For one funny and interesting breakfast.You can use any other seasonings.

EGG CUPS

Ingredients:
  • 6 slices (50 gr) ham
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 60 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.2.Grease a muffin pan with some oil or butter.Cut the ham into ribbons and place them into each muffin cup.3.Bake for 10 min.Remove from the oven and crack one egg into each cup.Sprinkle with black pepper.4.Put them back in the oven for 10 min.5.Remove from the oven and sprinkle some cheddar cheese and chopped green onion on the top of each one.6.Serve.
