ENERGY BALLS

Healthy and delicious snack when you are craving for something sweet.Feel free to use any other dried fruit if you don’t like apricots.You can use dates or plums if you like too.Enjoy!

 

ENERGY BALLS

 
 
Ingredients:
  • 60 gr Dried apricots
  • 80 gr Raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut (optional)
 
Instructions:
1. Put everything in a blender and blend well.2. Make a small balls with your hands from the mixture.3. Leave them in the fridge for about an hour.This mixture is for about 10-12 balls.
