  • 1 (20cm diameter) corn or whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tbsp (30gr.) tomato sauce or paste
  • 50gr. fresh baby or regular spinach
  • 1 fresh red tomato
  • 15gr. feta cheese
  • 30gr. fat free or low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 25gr. optional:black olives

1.Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.2.Grease a piece of parchment or baking paper with some butter or extra virgin olive oil and place the tortilla on it.3.Put it in the oven to bake it for a little bit.4.Remove the tortilla from the oven and spread the tomato sauce or paste on it.Place the spinach and chopped tomato on the top.5.Sprinkle with some crumbled feta and grated mozzarella cheese.6.Put the pizza back in the oven and bake it for 5-10min. until the cheese is melted.7.Remove it from the oven and add the chopped olives if you want.You can skip this step if you don’t like olives,but with them the pizza is more tasty.8.Serve and enjoy!
