HIGH PROTEIN OATMEAL

This really fast and easy recipe.It is high in protein.

Ingredients:
1cup rolled oats
1 1/2cup water
1 scoop protein powder
Cinnamon  (Optional)

Cooking:
Place the oats with the water in a bowl and place in a microwave for 2min.
After its cooked,stir in the protein powder with cinnamon and serve.
Eat warm and enjoy!
