HOMEMADE MUSTARD

Everyone likes mustard.You can add it to your salads as a dressing or to your lunch or dinner.It’s really easy to make it at home and it’s more healthier than the store bought one.

 

 


HOMEMADE MUSTARD

 
 
Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup ground mustard seeds
    • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
    • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp flax seed oil



 
Instructions:
1.Place everything in a blender and blend well.2.Store the ready mustard in a jar or other container in the fridge.3.Enjoy!
