LOW CARB PANCAKES

These pancakes are amazing.They are so sweet and tasty.Add some toppings to them to make them more awesome.My favorite toppings are maple syrup,peanut butter and banana.You can use any other if you like.Enjoy and have a good time.

LOW CARB PANCAKES

Ingredients:
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 250 gr cottage cheese or whey quark
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
Instructions:
1.Mix everything in a large bowl with a fork or mixer.Leave the batter to chill for 5 min.2.Melt some butter in a pan.Pour some of the pancake batter on the pan and cook the pancakes for about 3-4 min per side.3.Serve and enjoy!
