LOW CARB PIZZA

This is one of my favorite recipes for pizza.I really like pizza.It can be eaten any time of the day.For breakfast,lunch or dinner.This one is extremely low in carbs and it’s a good choice for these who are on a diet and follow a low-carb regime.The crust is made from eggs and mozzarella cheese.For toppings you can use anything that you want.Instead of tomato sauce you can use tomato pesto or something like that.Feel free to do anything what you like and customize the recipe for your preferences.Enjoy and have a good time!



LOW CARB PIZZA

 
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 300 gr grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 50 gr salami or pepperoni
  • 30 gr black olives



 
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 200C.2.Beat the eggs in a large bowl.Add the half of the mozzarella and mix.Spread this mixture on a baking dish,covered with baking paper.You can divide the mixture into two crusts or make one bigger.3.Bake for 15 min until golden brown.Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 1-2 min.4.Make the temperature of the oven to 225C.5.Spread the tomato sauce on each pizza.Sprinkle with the other half of mozzarella and oregano.Place the pepperoni or salami and chopped olives on the top.6.Put them back in the oven for 5-10 min until the cheese is melted.7.Serve and enjoy these full of taste pizzas.
