MARINARA SAUCE




Classic recipe for homemade sauce.

1/2 cup white wine
400gr tomatoes
170gr tomato puree
20gr fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
1tsp oregano
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
6tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion



Soak the tomatoes in hot water for 1-2min.After this,let them to cool down and peel them.
In a blender,put the peeled tomatoes,tomato puree,garlic,parsley,oregano,salt and pepper.Blen until it is like a puree.
In a small pot or pan,pour the olive oil and cook the onion for 2-3min.Add the wine and the blended puree.
Simmer for 30min while stirring.
