MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (50 gr.) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold coffee
  • 1/4 cup almond or cow milk
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:

1.In a mason jar or bowl,combine all of the ingredients and mix well.2.Cover the jar or bowl.3.Put it in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.4.Serve and enjoy this healthy breakfast.
