MUESLI WITH CRANBERRIES AND COCONUT
450gr rolled oats
90gr wheat germ
60gr ground flaxseed
90gr shredded coconut
50gr pumpkin seeds
50gr coconut butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1cup hot water
Preheat the oven to 150C.In a large bowl,combine the wheat germ,rolled oats,flaxseed,coconut,pumpkin seeds,almonds,cinnamon and salt.
In other small bowl mix the coconut butter with the honey,vanilla extract and 1 cup of hot water.Stir until it’s well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir.When it’s well combined,spread it on a baking paper and place in a baking dish.Bake for 30-45min while stirring every 15min minutes until it’s golden brown.
After the baking leave it to cool down and mix with the cranberries.Store in a dry place.
