Ingredients
  1. 1 cup or 150 grams frozen mulberries (or any other type of berries like blackberries or blueberries)
  2. 1 cup or 240 grams low-fat Greek yogurt (or other type of yogurt like plain or vanilla) (for the vegan option - soy or coconut yogurt or coconut cream)
  3. 3-4 tablespoons or 50 milliliters milk (any type - cow,almond,coconut,cashew,soy and etc.)
  4. 1 tablespoon raw honey (or other sweetener of your choice like natural maple syrup,raw agave nectar or stevia) (optional)
Instructions
  1. If you use fresh mulberries,place them in plastic bag or container and freeze them for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. You will need high-speed blender for this recipe.
  3. Measure 1 cup of the frozen mulberries and put them in the blender cup.
  4. Add the 1 cup of Greek yogurt or other yogurt of your choice to the blender also.
  5. First,add 2 tablespoons of milk and blend everything well.Until the consistency is thick and creamy.If the consistency is too thick,add an additional 2 tablespoons of milk.
  6. After that,add your sweetener to the blender and blend again to combine.
  7. Pour in to large glass or small bowls,top with granola,fresh mulberries and leaves of fresh mint and serve.
Notes
  1. You can add other toppings like chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips to the smoothie.
