This soup is so,so delicious and full of taste.There isn’t original recipe for this soup.Some people likes to put potatoes or carrots in it,but in this recipe i will focus on the taste with only mushrooms.This mushroom soup is really easy and fast for making and preparing.It’s perfect meal for the cold winter days when we stay in our homes and think what to cook to warm us.The soup is really aromatic and will satisfy your hunger for a long time.The soup is always a good idea for one healthy meal.Have a good time and enjoy this tasty soup with HEALTHY RECIPES.



 

MUSHROOM CREAM SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients:

    • 300 gr
      mushrooms
    • 1
      medium onion
    • 3 tbsp
      cow butter
    • 3 tbsp
      plain or whole wheat flour
    • 1/2 cup
      milk or almond milk
    • 1 1/2 cup
      water
    • 1/3 stalk
      fennel



Cooking Directions:

  1. The first step of making this delicious soup is to prepare the products.Dice the onion into tiny pieces.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and chop them into thin ribbons.
  3. Preheat a medium pot and melt the butter in it.
  4. Put the diced onion and mushrooms in the pot,season with salt and cook for about 5 min until the mushrooms are soft enough.
  5. Gradually,add the sifted flour to the pot while stirring.
  6. Add the water and warmed milk also and stir slowly until you have creamy soup.
  7. Cook on low heat for about 15-20 min.
  8. Add some black pepper for taste at the end.
  9. When it’s cooked,serve into plates or bowls and garnish with a little bit of diced fennel on the top.
  10. If you want,you can make croutons and serve them with soup.
  11. Enjoy!
