  • 110 gr oat flakes
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 140 gr whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

1.In a bowl,combine the milk with the oats.Leave them to rest for 5 min.2.Add the egg and olive oil and mix well.After that,add the other dry ingredients and pour into blender.Blend well.3.Preheat a non-stick pan.Pour some of the batter and cook the pancakes for about 1 min per side.4.You can stir some blueberries to the batter if you want.They are perfect for this kind of recipes.5.Serve with toppings of your choice-maple syrup,honey,chocolate,fruits and etc.
