POACHED EGGS WITH MACARONI

Tasty and interesting combination.

280gr whole wheat macaroni
200gr marinara sauce
2 eggs
200gr raw spinach

Boil the macaroni.
While the macaroni are boiling,pour the sauce in a pan on a medium heat.When the sauce become to bubble,crack the eggs in it.
Cover the pan and let it cook for a little bit.
Add the spinach to the macaroni before draining them.Mix well and then drain the water.
Divide the macaroni and spinach into 2 portions,pour some sauce with one egg on each portion.
You can sprinkle some parmesan or goat cheese on the top.
