1 small onion
15gr fresh parlsey
3tbsp whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Cut the potato and onion into slices.
In a baking dish,place one layer of potato and onion.Sprinkle some flour on the top.
Repeat until you use all of the potatoes and onion.
In a pot,warm the milk and add the butter to it.Season with salt and pepper.Add the chopped parlsey also.Pour this sauce over the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 180C.Cover with foil and bake for an hour.After that,remove the foil and bake for additional 30 min.
