POTATO MUFFINS

Salty muffins.

300gr. potatoes
100gr cheese(feta,crumbled)
2 egg yolks
3tbsp milk
2 leeks
2tbsp sunflower oil
1tsp savory
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt

Boil the potatoes.Peel and mash them.
Combine everything,without the egg yolks in a bowl.Mix well.
Beat the yolks and add to the bowl.Mix.
Cover a muffin tin or pan with some oil.Pour the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 220C degrees and bake the muffins for 25-30min.
