PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
  • 300 gr cooked pumpkin
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 40 gr walnuts
Instructions:

1.Freeze the bananas for couple hours.2.Place everything to a blender and blend until smooth.Add a little bit of water if the consistency is too thick.3.Serve.
