Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 30 gr fresh parsley
  • 100 gr raspberries
  • 200 ml milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions:

1.Place everything in a blender and blend for about 1 min.2.Pour into glass and enjoy the taste of this delicious and healthy smoothie
