Ingredients:
  • 120 gr fresh beet
  • 30 gr fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 150-200 ml water
Instructions:

1.Add everything to the blender.2.Blend for 30-60 sec.3.Pour into glass and serve.
