SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH KALE

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2tsp cow butter
  • 200gr kale
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1tbsp milk
Instructions
1.Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl.2.Melt the butter on a pan.3.Cut the kale into thin pieces.4.Add the kale to the pan and stir.Add the eggs slowly while stirring.5.Season with salt and pepper and cook until you like the consistency of the eggs.6.You can cover the pan while the eggs are cooking.This will make them soft and fluffy.7.Serve.
