SIMPLE PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (50gr.) rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/4 cup (60gr. ) Cottage cheese
Instructions:

1.Simply,put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth.2.Preheat a non stick pan and spray with cooking spray or Olive oil on a medium heat. 3.Pour some of the batter on the pan and cook the pancakes for about a minute per side.4.Serve with your favourite toppings.
