STRAWBERRY SALAD

Ingredients:
  • 320 gr fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 80 gr fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 120 gr blue cheese
Instructions:

1.Cut the strawberries in half and put them in a bowl.Pour the balsamic vinegar over them.Stir.2.Put the spinach in other bowl and pour the olive oil in it.Mix well.3.Serve the strawberries and spinach into plates or bowls and sprinkle some crumbled blue cheese.
