VEGAN BANANA BREAD
Light and fluffy banana bread.Perfect for breakfast or little snack.
- 3 bananas
- 250 gr plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 90 gr granulated coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
1.Preheat the oven to 200C degrees.2.Grease a bread form with some oil or butter.3.In a large bowl,mash the bananas.Add the oil and mix well.4.Add the baking powder and salt and mix.Add the flour and mix well everything.5.Pour the mixture into the bread form.Bake for 40 min until golden brown.6.Cut into slices and serve.
