SERVE WITH MORE FRESH STRAWBERRIES

VEGAN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

 
 
Ingredients:
    • 450 gr. fresh or frozen strawberries
    • 450 ml canned coconut milk
    • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia or other sweetener
    • 1 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice



 

Instructions:

1.Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth,thick and creamy.2.Pour the mixture in a plastic container and place it in the freezer for about 30 min.3.Remove it from the freezer and stir well to remove a the ice crystals.4.Put it back in the freezer for at least 2 hours.5.Serve and enjoy!
