ZOODLES WITH BEEF MEATBALLS

Balanced meal with high protein and vitamin content.

Ingredients:
3 small zucchini
2 garlic cloves
pepper to taste
300gr marinara sauce
300gr minced beef
1 whole egg
1/3 cup rolled oats

Cooking:
Wash and cut the zucchinis into thin slices like spaghetti.If you have spiralizer machine you can use it.
You can cook the zucchini on pan or in microwave,
For the pan:preheat a non stick pan,spay with some non stick cooking spray or olive oil.Add the garlic cloves and zucchini and cook until they are soft.
For the microwave:In a bowl combine the garlic,zucchini and little bit of olive oil,stir and put in the microwave for 3-5 min or until soft.
In other bowl put the mince,egg and oats and mix.Form a meatballs.
Preheat the oven to 200C degrees and bake the meatballs until they are ready.
On a plate serve some of the zoodles,little bit of marinara sauce next to them and the bakes meatball on the sauce.
Serve warm and enjoy!
